We live here on Balboa Island on Pearl ave and have owned previous DUFFY Boats We are going to purchase and Order a Custom New 2027 22 ft DUFFY BAY ISLAND. Most of the time it is just the two of us and occasionally friends once or twice a month we use a Duffy boat about once a week primarily on the weekends. We also have no children and no pets The slip owner will also have access to our NEW 2027 DUFFY Boat and if you need a driver for a ride around the harbor every once in awhile we are available to take you and your friends or family. We are somewhat very particular and perfectionist style people. The boat will have a full cover on it at all times. We are looking for a long-term slip but open to a shorter time also until one comes available. We are flexible in finding a slip when it becomes available in the next few months
