Our partnership, which consists of 3 partners, has been in existence for 27 years and one of our partners is retiring from boating. The boat is a 44” Pacifica Sportfisher, the Katie B. We keep the boat in excellent condition and have a recent survey. Buyin: $41,700 for 33.3% ownership interest, plus $3,500 – $5,000 per quarter depending on needs.
